Who I am
I'm a data scientist working in healthcare and the life sciences since 2017. I take models from raw data through validation to containerized, reproducible pipelines on HPC: data engineering, modeling, and evaluation. What matters to me is whether the people using a model can rely on it.
What I'm doing now
Postdoctoral data scientist at LMU University Hospital in Munich, working on AI for oncology and precision medicine.
